First and Foremost, We will do everything in our power to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.
If you are unhappy with the product you received please contact us at email@example.com and one of our customer service agents will respond within 24 working hours.
If you would like to cancel or make any amendments to your order, you will need to do so within 24 hours. This is due to all our clothing being custom made and the production of orders begins after 24 hours.
Please note that all our products are CUSTOM MADE, returns and credits will only be applicable if the product is defective or damaged.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or not due to our error, or you contacted us 30 days after delivery.
Once we have received communication from you containing photo evidence or if you have sent your product back and we have inspected the item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your credit will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your email address used when placing your original order. This can take up to 5 business days after reviewing your application.
If you still have not received your credit after 5 working days, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Unfortunately, at this stage we are not able to exchange clothing for alternate sizes as each item is custom made per order. If you would like to talk to us regarding the above then please email email@example.com
