ORDER DELAY UPDATES:
We would like to extend our sincerest gratitude to all of our valued customers for your continued support. Without your patronage, we would not be able to support artists and create the stunning pieces that we offer.
During the end of November and December, we experienced a high volume of orders during a sale event, and while we were able to deliver 95% of those orders within our crafting period, we understand that some of them are yet to be received. We would like to offer our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and provide some insight into the reasons behind the delays.
Firstly, the overwhelming demand for our products resulted in us producing more clothing than ever before, and while this is a testament to the popularity and growth of our brand, it did result in some orders being delayed.
Our production process includes dye sublimation, which requires specialized equipment. Unfortunately, one of our major sublimation printers encountered technical issues, leading to a backlog of orders.
We have diligently been working on getting our machine back online in order to have it fully restored and operational within the next few days. This will allow us to get orders out as per our standard times and also catch up on any current backlog.
Please know that we have not forgotten about your order and it remains our top priority. We are doing everything in our power to deliver all customer orders as soon as possible, and we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
