Brand Ambassador Terms and Conditions

Overview - Who We Are.

Lunafide is an artist-driven apparel company that was established in 2017 by a group of innovative individuals who have an immense passion for art and athleisure apparel. The parties now intend to expand its reach for recognition and sales through the Lunafide Elite Squad Ambassador Program.

The Parties agree and acknowledge that the Brand Ambassador shall perform promotional services in connection with Lunafide through Lunafide’s social media channels, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, TikTok and personal websites and or blogs.

What It’s About

A brand ambassador is a person hired by a company or an organisation whose purpose is to represent a certain brand and its products for the purpose of increasing brand awareness and sales of a product.  This individual is obligated to be the embodiment of a brand for the purpose of projecting a positive company image. The brand ambassador is meant to show emphasis on the company image in personifying its values, ethics and more.

 

As a Brand Ambassador, I understand and agree to the following:

By completing this application, I agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. I am 18 years of age or older.
  2. I am not an employee, agent, franchisee, or partner of the company. I cannot act on behalf of the company. I do not have any authority to incur debt, obligation, or liability on behalf of the company; 
    1. I will promote Lunafide products to my followers to the best of my ability.
    2. I will promote Lunafide products on the social network or website submitted and approved by Lunafide.
    3. I will share Lunafide’s brand message on social networks in a positive light.
  3. I will receive point rewards for completing activities given by Lunafide and submit evidence of the completed activity on the platform for approval.
    1. When a reward is issued, Lunafide will own the rights to use the image for social media, email marketing, website content and advertising purposes.
  4. I understand that I will not receive monetary compensation or gift cards for use of images or videos used on the company’s social media networks.
  5. I will not sell any Lunafide products on unauthorised websites on the internet or in any other retail establishments.
  6.  I will protect the company’s trademark, not reproducing the company’s name/trademark or any company materials for use in advertising without the written approval from the company.
  7. I will promote Lunafide's products on my social media accounts by posting appropriate photos or videos showcasing the products. I will contact the company if a clear understanding of “appropriate” photos is needed. I will not receive any financial or other compensation for product promotion through my social media network other than referral commissions as agreed to with Lunafide
  8. I will conduct myself in a manner that reflects the highest standard of integrity and responsibility in keeping with the reputation of the company. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Lunafide Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused rewards and all promotional codes effective immediately.
  9. I understand that all content must be in English, the content needs to be clear and concise. Lunafide Ambassadors shall not share anything that is inappropriate, has foul language, is political or racially offensive. If I do not uphold these standards, I will be immediately removed from the Lunafide Brand Ambassador Program and forfeit any unused rewards and all promotional codes effective immediately.                                                     
  10.   If I choose to leave the Brand Ambassador program, I must use any rewards within 14 days of leaving the program. Any photos, videos and any other content sent to Lunafide will remain in their database to use on their social media platforms, websites and marketing campaigns.
  11.  If the company terminates the Brand Ambassador program, I have 2 months to redeem my rewards and use the exclusive promotional code.
  12. I must be an active* Brand Ambassador to remain in the program.
  13.  I agree that the company reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time.
  14.  I agree to the company’s privacy policy and I have read and agreed to these terms.
Lunafide understands and agrees:
  1. Company will compensate the Brand Ambassador with a 50% discount code for the 
  2. Lunafide store upon being accepted into the programme up to a maximum value of $500
  3. Company will occasionally and at its discretion provide free clothing to the Brand Ambassador to promote on social networks.
  4. Company will give the Brand Ambassador a 10% off referral promotional code to share with their followers to use for products purchased on Lunafide.com.
  5. Company will provide the Brand Ambassador with their rewards or coupons within 5 business days of points completion.
  6. Referral commission is tracked using cookies and discount codes. Once a follower uses a discount code or is tracked using a cookie and subsequently makes a purchase, the referral commission will be attributed to the Brand Ambassadors profile. If the cookie is not tracked or the referral code is not used, the sale will not be attributed to the ambassador. 
    1. Lunafide reserves the right to remove referral commissions attributed to an ambassador should the suspicious activity be identified.
  7. Company may provide additional reward points/product discounts / free apparel to top-performing Brand Ambassadors at its discretion.
  8. If the company terminates the program, the company must provide 30 days written notice to all Brand Ambassadors prior to the termination date.
  9.  The Company will retain the rights to use any content that the Lunafide Ambassadors send us or tag us in, even if the Brand Ambassador exits the program.
  10.  The Company agrees to adhere to the Company’s privacy policy and terms and conditions.
General:
  1.  This agreement is subject to acceptance by the company and is conditioned by the acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  2.  Either party may terminate this agreement immediately for any cause or without reason upon written notice or automatically when exiting the program.
  3.  Lunafide may discontinue the Brand Ambassador Program at any time.
  4. The Brand Ambassadors will not be treated as a company employee for any reason.
