Introducing our new Japanese inspired Tatsu apparel range!

Dragons are one of the most popular and long standing mythical creatures. Stories of dragons are told and known across many nations and cultures and it seems no matter the year or era these monstrous, mythological flying serpents continue to take our modern literature and film industry by storm.

Although It is not entirely clear when or where the first stories of dragons emerged, they were in fact described as early as the age of the ancient Greeks and Sumerians. In all of history and in mythological tales these giants feature in they were almost always either considered protective or dangerous, terrifying or trainable.

Japanese dragons are known as Tatsu. Tatsu are mythical creatures that have been prominent in Japanese cultural mythology for hundreds of years and are considered to be protectors of mankind!

Tatsu are big, terrifying and fantastic serpent-like creatures similar to Dragons. However unlike the dragons that we know these dragons do not have wings but rather have legs with claws and they are said to reside in the ocean, the heavens or in the clouds. Japanese dragons or Tatsu represent wisdom, supernatural power, freedom, balance and also good luck.

We hope you love this incredible apparel range just as much as we do! We can't wait to bring you so many more show stopping designs!
